You must contact us as quickly as you can. Please email us and we will see how we can help you. If your order is shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.
Return & Refund

What if I am not satisfied with my order? What is your return policy?

At Jersey Crafted, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom jerseys. While we strive for perfection, occasional issues may arise. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Replacements

If you received non-defective item but it is the wrong product, an item that is defective, or one that is significantly different from your approved design, we’re happy to offer a return, refund, or replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue, along with your order details.
  • We'll review the photos you've provided, fully acknowledge the issue, and take complete responsibility for ensuring a reprint is processed promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right.
  • If a reprint is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected items. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@jerseycrafted.com or call +1 909-257-7594. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund. Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or design changes after the order is confirmed. 

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
  • If production has already started, cancellations will no longer be possible.

All refunds will be issued for the original purchase amount, minus any applicable shipping fees and discounts, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
