Jersey Crafted went above and beyond for us!
We had already placed our order but needed to add two more jerseys for an upcoming event. When I received the confirmation, I realized the additional jerseys weren't scheduled to arrive in time. I reached out, explained our situation, and asked if there was any way they could help.
They absolutely came through! Not only did they get the jerseys to us in time, but they arrived with a day to spare!
Thanks to their outstanding customer service, everyone was able to wear their jerseys at our event, which meant so much to us!

I thought the violet in the jersey would be a brighter lavender, it is very dusty pale purple. The text on the chest is also surprisingly small. Otherwise great quality and quick!
This came before the expected delivery date in perfect condition. My son is a size 10 and it fit him just right. Loved the look especially for Hispanic heritage month 💙
50’s themed 50th birthday party - loved our shirts. Very comfortable although I could have gone up a size but my choice. Tons of compliments and folks wanted to know where we found them. Really happy with purchase.
I was in love with the jersey as soon as I opened the package!! The colors were perfect to match my skirt and the look I was going for, for our football family picture. I got SO Many compliments on it too!! I wish I had found them last year so I could order another one. It came in faster than expected too. Definitely recommend ordering from them!
I am disappointed with the jacket I received. The custom item arrived with the words “YOUR TEXT” printed in large capital letters, which is clearly a manufacturing or printing error and not what I ordered.
After contacting customer service, I was informed that a new replacement order would be sent out for me, which I appreciate. However, receiving a custom jacket with placeholder text printed on it was still very frustrating and disappointing.
I have photos of the jacket available and can provide any additional information needed. While I am grateful that customer service has offered to replace the item, I hope the replacement is produced correctly and arrives promptly.
Thank you to customer service for working toward a resolution, and I look forward to receiving the corrected jacket.
My grandson ordered this jersey and upon filling out the address info he just auto filled it and sent the order. Same state but wrong town. I notified Lisa and she said she would be resending it to me as quick as she could. Good to her word it was resent quickly and he loves it. He’s wearing it at the beach today! Well made and great colors. I’m sure he will

Shirts run large. The size I ordered was way to big. I got ahold of the company and they worked with me in a timely manner. The smaller size arrived promptly for me to wear to my elevated workship concert with my grandaughter.
They are light weight and very well made.

Name on shoulder letters are invisible white letters...can't even see the letters on the shoulders...do you see any letters in the shoulder logo stating the company name??
It took a little longer than expected to arrive but the quality is amazing ! I got one for my son’s 13th birthday and the ability to customize the lettering is awesome. I am definitely going to get another in the future
