I am disappointed with the jacket I received. The custom item arrived with the words “YOUR TEXT” printed in large capital letters, which is clearly a manufacturing or printing error and not what I ordered. After contacting customer service, I was informed that a new replacement order would be sent out for me, which I appreciate. However, receiving a custom jacket with placeholder text printed on it was still very frustrating and disappointing. I have photos of the jacket available and can provide any additional information needed. While I am grateful that customer service has offered to replace the item, I hope the replacement is produced correctly and arrives promptly. Thank you to customer service for working toward a resolution, and I look forward to receiving the corrected jacket.
